As I got older in my 20s, I took courses in college for Child Development and Nutrition. I have taken CPR courses. I have experience with a wide range of ages and numbers of children at the same time. I love doing crafts, art, reading, exploring, games of all sorts, and teaching children to cook. I feel that it's important to keep them active. I will be getting an updated certification of first aid and CPR.

Brooke has been a wonderful nanny to our 1 1/2 year old little guy. She is a fun and free spirit that is happy to get on the floor and play around with our little guy and genuinely looks like she is enjoying herself. Our little guy lights up when she is watching him, and gets excited when he knows she's going to be spending the day with him. Brooke is very responsible, she has never been late or called in sick. In fact she has not been sick at all during the time she has worked for us, which is great given how sensitive our little one is to common colds. She has been flexible with our schedule and has been sure to give plenty of notice in the event of needing time off in the distant future. Another great feature is that Brooke loves to cook. Our little guy is a picky eater and she has looked up fun and healthy recipes and has been undeterred by his picky responses. Additionally, Brooke has been great with our cats and dog. I would recommend Brooke as a nanny to any child.
