I scheduled her in advance and confirmed the date and time. Four hours before start-time, she contacted me about a forgotten conflict. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Tried reconfirming the day before the job, and she did not respond nor did she show up. I received no communication or notice that she would be unable to make it, which left us scrambling to find last-minute childcare. Reliability and communication are extremely important in childcare; this was disappointing
