About Brooke

Hi! My name is Brooke, and I have 5 years of experience working with children in a daycare setting, along with additional experience as a nanny. I've cared for children ranging from infants to 5 years old. I am CPR certified and currently a senior at RU studying to become a pediatric speech therapist. Because of both my experience and what I'm studying, I have a strong understanding of child development and how to support kids in a patient and positive way. I'm looking forward to working with a great family and helping out however I can! I'd describe my personality as patient, reliable, and empathetic. I enjoy working with kids because I love watching them learn and grow. I started working with kids when I was 16 when I applied for my first daycare job and I immediately fell in love with it. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, going on walks, and love to go out to eat, especially sushi.
