About Brooke

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. With four years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive, patient environments for elementary students. I hold certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to adapt my methods to your child's specific needs. Whether we are tackling Math, Science, or English, I focus on building confidence by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting concepts to real-world interests. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are a collaborative team. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am happy to meet at your home, a library, or a school to help your child thrive. I truly look forward to supporting your student's journey toward academic success.
