My brother and interviewed her and she accepted the job. She was scheduled to work Saturday night to get shadowed/trained. On Friday night she texted that she would not be able to work Saturday night. I texted her that I found another caregiver to train that night and asked what schedule would work best for her or if she wanted to be a backup caregiver to either weekdays or weekends. She never replied.
