About Brook

Hello! I'm a certified Wellness Coach/End of Life Doula. I've just recently moved to Austin from Lawrence Kansas. My passion is to help people through all transitions in life. To support, celebrate, and comfort those who are aging and looking for compassionate reliable care. I'm a certified Reiki practitioner and can offer sound healing for deep relaxation and nourishment. I also have a CPR and First Aid Certification. Life experience and education through the Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy and Conscious Dying Institute have me brought here. I love the kitchen and to provide others with nourishment of easily digestible and anti inflammatory meals. I'm grounded, relaxed, open, patient, value the present moment, and enjoy quality time with people. I find that nature, gentle yoga, making art, dancing 5 rhythms, and laughing with my teenage kiddo fill my heart, mind, and body with gratitude. Thank you for reading:)
