I can't recommend Britt enough as a nanny! She has been a godsend for our family. Britt has taken care of our daughter from when she was three months old, and I returned to work after maternity leave. She made the return to work as easy as possible for me, something I can't thank her enough for. From day one, I was comfortable leaving my daughter in Britt's capable care. Britt is extremely reliable. She has never been late. She is flexible and understanding when our plans change, which is very much appreciated. She is experienced with infants, joyful in her work, and a great communicator. When we've had to make changes to our daughter's routine (nap schedules, introducing food, feeding times, etc.) it has been a blessing to have Britt there to consistently implement the changes and keep us updated on our daughter's progress. Britt is so kind and compassionate and it is obvious she loves our daughter as her own. We have been able to celebrate many milestones together. We love Britt!!
