I started working with kids when I was pretty much a kid myself, I had a lot family members much younger than myself, and I always loved helping the adults with the younger kids. As I became a teenager I was asked to babysit quite frequently, by family and also other families that my family members recommended me to. I also cared for two little girls, one with autism, a majority of the time (at least 3 24 hour periods a week) for nearly a year and a half.
