Nurturing the growth and development of children is my true passion, and I find great fulfillment in supporting families by providing affordable childcare from my own home (I understand the struggle!). I prioritize maintaining clear communication through daily reports, texts, or chats at pickup. Children are introduced to crafts, outdoor time, and inside educational activities. Meals and snacks per parent agreement are provided. I adjust my approach around every child's needs. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life and helping your children thrive every single day! My rates are included below: Part-time pay rate is $12/hr with children 2-12 years of age • Infant-1 year of age are $15/hr • $5/hr added per child Full time rates are $175 a week • Mon-Fri 7am-6 p.m. • after-hours returns to hourly pay rate including weekends
