Hi, my name is Brittany! I am graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences in 2018. I've been a career nanny for a little over 5 years now. I am also a formally trained registered behavior technician working in ABA therapy. I have experiences with all age groups and abilities from as young as 3 weeks old to as old as 21. I am also able to work with populations with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ranges from a mild case of ADD to a traumatic brain injury. I am also studying to become a Lactation Consultant / Registered Nurse so I am looking for a family to be with for around 1 year. Brittany has a contract she requires you to sign before she starts. She then tries to use it to get you to pay her when she refuses to come into work. She also insisted we buy her out of her contract every time she was inappropriate. She said my 20 month old hated her. She was always on her phone texting. She hit my sons head on a ceiling fan and then my husband heard him screaming and begged her to tell him what happened. She finally didn’t show up for work and still wanted to get paid.
