10/10 just hire Brittany. She helps me with my three boys 6 and under (phew!). She’s patient and kind but also can hold the boundary that kids need. She simply wants to be helpful and was a team player willing to help me with light housekeeping, errands, kid bday party set up, and really anything related to kids. My kids adored her and the only reason she’s not here Ft is because it’s not what she needed in this season of life! We still have her help out regularly.
