Brittany was our nanny with both of our girls and has continued to be a part of our lives after. When I first met her, I immediately got a warm feeling from her. She genuinely cares about the kids and they love her back. She also managed to get my daughter to nap when I would struggle. She’s magic, I swear. One thing I really appreciated about Brittany was her willingness to partner through some challenging phases for our daughters without judgement. She wanted to make sure we were aligned in our approach, even if it was a tricky conversation, she knew the conversation needed to happen. We worked together to help our daughter learn to not hit / pull hair and she totally has a change of behavior from our joint and consistent approach.
