About Brittany

I am a graduate student at Saint Peters University and my major is Special Education with a teaching certificate. I have been working with kids since my Sophomore year of high school. I worked in an aftercare program helping kids with homework and interacting with them until about 6. That job was also linked to a summer camp program in which I ran a group of about 30 kids and I made sure they ate, had a great time, and were safe. I am currently a paraprofessional in a self contained middle school classroom of about 5 autistic kids. I am a one to one with an awesome 13-year-old boy. Come January, I will be taking a break from the position and beginning my student teaching for the Spring Semester. I hope to return in the fall.
