About Brittany

Hello! I have a passion for learning about gentle parenting tools and communication with children. I have 2 years of experience working with young kids on the spectrum. That job position was very special to me as I built strong bonds with many of the kiddos. I just moved to Florida on May 21st and am looking to do child care until I start a full-time counselor position on June 17th! I'd describe my personality as being goofy, passionate and compassionate. I started working with kids when I was super young. I worked in an after-school program while I was in high school. The next time I worked with kids was doing behavior therapy with kids on the spectrum! Now, my work with kids (MS & HS) has turned to be a counseling relationship. On May 18th I graduate with my Master's in Education. For the last year I have done mental health counseling with middle and high schoolers. In my spare time, I like to play and go on walks with my dogs! I love to play board games and card games!
