About Brittany

I first interviewed Brittany for a job on the childcare team at home where I was the House Manager. She was unquestionably our first choice. She was punctual, well dressed, and was a terrific member of the team. She's had an impressive tenure as both a teacher, family assistant, and nanny, and her warmth and humor brought a lot of joy to children's lives. I found Brittany to be an excellent communicator and the children LOVED when she was around. She's a lot of fun, but also knows how to manage herself within the expected decorum of the home. One moment that stands out was how Brittany handled her role at the start of the pandemic. The moment we learned of school closures, she immediately developed a robust home school structure that was in lock-step with the children's school curriculum. Brittany stayed in close constant with the children's teachers throughout. She didn't miss a beat. Resourceful and creative, she's in-demand which is no surprise to me. Brittany is a GEM!
