About Brittany

Hi, I'm Brittany! I am a special education teacher and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Health Science and a minor in Spanish. I began tutoring students 4 years ago when I worked as a teaching assistant in the introductory biology laboratory at my school. I really enjoyed helping students gain a better understanding of the material through our hands-on work while also sharing strategies about how to better retain the seemingly overwhelming amount of material. I was always happy to meet with them additionally in the lab or the library and held group sessions to review material and answer questions. I have since worked as a nanny in the summers when not teaching. I am available to tutor or babysit frequently and am flexible. I respond quickly and am easy to get in touch with.
