She was able to jump right in and start caring for our 2.5yo and 8mo with no trouble at all, it felt like we had known her for years. The kids loved her, she was so on top of their schedules and never shied away from helping us clean and tidy up the house. If the kids hadn't started day care we would have loved to have Brittani be our full time nanny she is amazing!
