Things seemed to go well during the screening call and the initial video visit with my mom. But after that, communication with her dropped. I was relying on her to help while I was out of town but she ghosted us on the day she was going to do the house tour, and now I'm left scrambling to find someone else to help in the 11th hour. I wasted weeks with this person, only to be left in a lurch just before I have to leave. Very disappointed and confused about this after putting in so much effort to work with her. I hope she's ok, but if there is a change in plans or emergency, she should reach out instead of leaving me guessing.
