About Bright

Hello! My name is Bright, and I am a 25-year-old graduate of Indiana WU with a degree in Sports Management. I have over 8 years of childcare experience and currently work as a youth basketball coach mentoring and leading young athletes. I enjoy creating a safe, positive, structured, and energetic environment for children of all ages. I would describe myself as trustworthy, patient, hardworking, dependable, and highly organized. I have a strong passion for structure and enjoy keeping routines, activities, and daily schedules running smoothly. My experience in coaching and childcare has helped me build strong leadership and communication skills while teaching me the importance of responsibility and care. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, movies, music, and staying active.
