About Bridget

Hello everyone!! My name is Bridget and I am a sophomore at the University of Virginia majoring in Elementary Education with a potential minor in Psychology. Working with children is what brings me the most happiness in life- which is why I chose Elementary Education to be my career. I have worked at a sports camp (Kindergartners through eighth graders) for four years now and have been a babysitter and/or mother's helper since I was in seventh grade (so almost around 8 years now). I have also traveled to both Thailand to teach children English in underprivileged orphanages/schools and to the Dominican Republic to open a camp that taught children English (through the many interactive activities we planned). I love to cook, tidy-up, run any errands, help with school work (especially being that I am an Elementary Education major) and simply to have fun and put a smile on children's faces.
