About Bridget

My name is Bridget and I am a private voice teacher, singer and songwriter. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocal Music Education as well as a Master of Arts from the Gallatin School at NYU. For the past three years I have worked as an associate voice teacher for one of the top Broadway vocal studios in New York City, working with students of all levels and ages, with an expertise in musical theater and pop techniques. I am now starting to build a private studio of my own and am looking to fill a few available slots this spring! I also have experience teaching classroom music in public schools, and have over 140 hours of training with the Alexander Technique, which I often incorporate into my lessons with students to encourage the release of tension in the body while singing. I offer both virtual and in-person lessons. I would love to hear from you!
