About Bridget

Hi! I'm Bridget a 25-year-old who works during the day as a behavior technician. I'd describe my personality as supportive, patient, and trustworthy. I like working with kids because they bring out the best in me: my creativity, patience, and sense of fun. I like that every day is always different! I'm looking for a job where I can build trust with both children and family. Ideally, I'd love to work with a family who appreciates routine but also enjoys fun and active play too! I started babysitting kids when I was 14 since then, I taught swim lessons to and babysat kids every summer in high school, babysat throughout college, and worked at an aftercare program post grad. I now work as a Behavior Technician. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, baking and finding different arts and crafts to try. One thing you should know about me is I am empathetic. Understanding that kids don't have the same emotional regulation that adults do helps me speak to kids and understand their feelings.
