CURRENTLY Scheduling: I am a one person show. Doing about 3-4. 5hrs per home. I charge on size, severity of cleaning needed that day, holiday cleanings, & heavy traffic areas, once a month deep cleaning as well. Also do one time deep cleanings & post remodels always start early mornings. New homes are always evaluated. A few things to consider about me vs others, I am not a babysitter cleaner, I scrub, & actively look for areas that consistently cause more build up, I do this as my actual job, not because I need extra cash. I do have references you can call/text. My clients are very happy with their services. I do Airbnbs, Rentals, & Residential weekly, bi-wkly, & monthly. I DO show up. If I'm behind from a client I'm currently cleaning, I will text an eta, asap. My cleanings can vary from 2-4 hours, again depending on severity of cleaning. I have my own supplies. The product I use leaves a clean smell vs a chemical smell. I do use bleach when needed, in bathrooms mostly.
