Brianna was very sweet. As her profile stated, she brought her 1year old. she was welcome to bring her child, and my kids (ages 4 & 6) love other children. my 4 yr old said, " I love her. she's sweet! she lovely, but didn't play with me or [brother]. she was too busy with the baby. but I had fun with [brother]. my 6 yr old said, "I think she's a baby sitter, not a child sitter. she just sat with her baby, fed her baby, and played with her baby while [sister] and I played. my observation: we walked in and she was sitting in the living room next to her baby who was asleep on the couch. my children were playing in another room with art supplies. when I joined my children, Bri stayed in the room with her child, and eventually came into the same room and chatted, but did not engage with my kids. this was in her 3rd hour of caring for them. in short, she is punctual (& very graciously accommodated my request for 15 min earlier on an 8 am start!), and responsible. however, it appears we paid her to watch, feed, and play with her own kid, while mine took care of themselves. thus, I would reserve her service for non-routine visits, with the understanding that her primary focus is on her child; but knowing that your children will be safe .
