In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends, journal, and dance. Most of my free time is taken up by cleaning my place and sleeping since I dance in the evenings One thing you should know about me is I love spending time getting to know the families and watching the children grow up to find their voice and allowing them to share that voice in a positive environment My skills include time management for making sure the children are on their schedule. I also do check-ins with the parents regularly with updates. I also follow the household rules that are in place with the parents. The boundaries that the parents have already set with the children are respected by me as the caregiver of the children
