About Brianna

My experience working with children and families has taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and creating a safe, supportive environment. In my role as a respite care provider, I have worked with children and young adults ages 3-25 with a variety of needs, helping support their daily routines, communication, and overall well-being. Through this work, I have gained experience assisting with meals, personal care, medications, emotional support, and adapting activities to meet each child's individual needs. I have also learned how important trust and communication are when working with families. Parents rely on me to provide attentive care and to understand their child as an individual. I enjoy building positive relationships with children and creating an environment where they feel comfortable, respected, and supported. I am patient, dependable, and able to remain calm in unexpected situations.
