Hello, my name is Briana I am 24 years old. When I turned 14, I started watching my little cousins and realized how much I love children. I continued to babysit, and when I turned 17 I got my first job at an after school program where I took on an important role of caring for children from grades kindergarten to eighth grade. I have been at the same company for over 7 years. While being there I have become a full time group leader and an assistant site director. I have implemented hands on lessons and activities to engage children, and work on their fine and gross motor skills. I also communicated with families and coordinated large group activities in my site director position. Being apart of a child's development is something I'm very passionate about it and may pursue a longterm career in one day. I simply love children and enjoy teaching them while also watching them grow along the way. My strengths as a nanny include being very responsible, patient, reliable and caring.

Briana is an amazing babysitter and great with early childhood aged children. She is very warm-hearted, kind, and a hard worker. Briana actively plays with the kids, does arts and crafts with them, and makes sure that they are doing some type of activity during the day. She is always on time and positive with my family and we all love her! I definitely recommend Briana for your babysitting needs, she is a great addition!
