If I could give Briana ten stars I would! She is ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING you would hope for in a care provider for an elderly family member. After a horrific experience with a care agency and with urgent need, I began scouring providers on care.com and messaged several. Briana replied almost immediately. After following up with her references, also provided immediately, we made arrangements for her to come meet my MIL (the following day) and a match was made in heaven as it is said. My MIL absolutely loved Briana from the first care appointment. Briana is personable and kind, gentle and compassionate, responsible and reliable. Her wide breadth of experience allowed her to meet every need that we had for the care of my MIL who had dementia and was physically frail. Not only did she meet my MIL's physical needs, but more importantly met her social and emotional needs as well. She spent time getting to know my MIL and engaged in conversation and activities that my MIL enjoyed. They became dear friends. My MIL asked for Briana to come! Sadly, her health had a sudden and rapid decline. Whie hospitalized Briana came to visit her. The moment my MIL saw Briana her face lite up with the first smile we had seen in days. In a final gesture of love and care Briana joined our family at my MIL's celebration of life. Briana is the real deal. She is a beautiful human being who is gifted at loving and caring for others.
