I have been working in the child care field for three years now and absolutely love it! I started out working for an after school program through the Monon Center in Carmel. I then transitioned into nannying, where I worked for a single family for just under two years. I then took a job that offered at home care for mentally disabled adults. I come from a rather large family with plenty of younger siblings. My comfortable ranges from a larger number of children to one on one care.
