About Briana

We were fortunate to have Brianna as our nanny for almost a year, beginning in October 2025. She cared for my daughter from the time she was one year old and also watched my childhood best friend's son at the same time. She managed two toddlers from different families and routines with patience, kindness, and excellent communication. Brianna is a gentle, calm, and caring person. We especially appreciated that she consistently spoke Spanish with both children and kept them engaged through outings, play, and age-appropriate activities. She was also very flexible with our schedules and always willing to help where needed. In addition to childcare, Brianna regularly cleaned up after the children, kept up with the daily dishes, handled the kids' laundry, and would even fold an extra load if I was behind. She also helped decorate for parties and frequently provided date-night babysitting outside of her regular hours. Around the six-month mark, we had a conversation about punctuality and the importance of arriving on time. She responded very well to the feedback, made noticeable improvements, and consistently met our expectations moving forward. I found that as long as expectations were communicated clearly, Brianna was always receptive and willing to make adjustments. Most importantly, she became someone we completely trusted with our daughter. She is dependable, loving, and genuinely cares about the families she works with. I would confidently recommend Brianna to any family looking for a kind, patient, flexible, and dedicated nanny.
