About Briana

I've been working with children for 16 years because there's nothing more rewarding than watching kids discover who they are and what they're capable of. I've taught full-time at The Episcopal Academy for 6 years, teaching Pre-K, 2nd, and 4th grade. There, I helped write academic programs, served on committees, and created educational materials. I've also run my own private tutoring business for 4 years, serving students ages 4-11. My journey began in nannying, included working with infants through 5-year-olds at the Malvern School, and teaching afterschool enrichment and summer camp at EA. What drives me is helping every child feel nurtured, safe, and like they belong. I love guiding children to discover their passions, build confidence, and develop independence. Social-emotional learning is central to my approach. I hold dual Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from West Chester University. I'm warm, organized, and a strong communicator.
