About Briana

I have loved children for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting when I was 13 for family friends and loved it. I have since held different jobs that worked with kids, and have also nannied and babysat for several families. I have lots of experience with kids of all ages, and have dealt with all kind of situations! I have always been happiest working with children. I have over 15 years of experience. I now have a child of my own who is 2 years old. I lean more towards a gentle parenting approach, but I set boundaries and use a lot of communication, especially for discipline as I explain why we shouldn't do certain things. I incorporate a lot of Montessori philosophies into my care as well. My daughter is very independent, and she has become very good at problem solving, as I usually let her try and find a solution on her own first before I offer assistance. We don't do screen time, and we try to be outdoors as much as possible. Your child will have the best care with me!

Briana was an amazing sitter for our family. She is extremely bright, proactive, organized and a great communicator. She cared for our kids and also managed our busy household including cooking lots of yummy, healthy food for us. The kids really enjoyed having her as their sitter and we really relied on her to help our lives run smoothly. We miss her lots!
