Hi all! My name is Kylie A. and I am currently in school health promotion and wellness. I have worked in childcare since 2018, beginning my journey as an assistant teacher at the UCCS Family Development Center. After two and a half years, I transitioned to a position at VillaSport Athletic Club in January 2021. I worked as a VillaKids Associate with children between 6 weeks old to 12 years old, providing care, educational/ physical activities, and building relationships with children and their families. In January of 2022, I was promoted to the Lead VillaKids Associate where I created and developed a childcare curriculum and led my peers. Through my various jobs in childcare, I have worked with children in a group setting and dealt with many one one-on-one scenarios. I love working with children and believe that the impact that we make so early in life, leads to a brighter and more successful future.
