About Brenna

Hello! I'm Brenna, an experienced tutor with a passion for helping students thrive academically. I have had the privilege of working as a paid tutor for about five years, providing academic support to students from grades 8-undergrad. I possess a range of expertise across many subjects, including English, French, reading, history, psychology and the social sciences, and environmental science. I am equipped to assist students in building strong foundations, improving their study habits, and achieving their academic goals. I also enjoy discussing life and career plans. Having completed both the AP and IB programs in my high school, I understand the pressures of modern-day education. As a tutor, I strive to create a more relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts. I tailor my approach to each student's learning style, using interactive aids and real-life examples to make the subjects come alive.
