About Brenda

Hello! My name is Brenda and I am a 26-year-old nanny. I like working with kids because it is fulfilling to see their growth and development. I find children's curiosity and energy contagious which positively influences my outlook on the world. One of the best things about working with children is how much fun is involved which makes my day to day work refreshing. I'm looking for a job that has a supportive, positive and respectful family environment. I do my best work when I have expectations and responsibilities clearly communicated which allows me to work within the set boundaries. I started working with kids when I was about 10 years old. I come from a really big family so I started taking care of younger siblings, cousins and family friends very early on and I discovered I enjoy taking care of others. I have about 3 years of actual paid nanny experience. My skills include patience and empathy, first aid knowledge, and personalized instruction for academic achievement.
