About Brenda

I am the director of an after school program at an elementary school, which is what motivated me to become a caregiver on the side. I have 5+ years of experience working with children, and 3 years of babysitting. I'm patient, calm, creative, and very friendly. I believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive, and I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for them to grow. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to 10 years of age. I am in charge of running all childcare at school, as well as camps through out the year. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, as I enforce rules at school as well. I believe in open communication with parents and am happy to provide regular updates on your child's day. I enjoy arts and crafts and I am able to come up with creative games for kids to play. In addition to my experience, I have also completed First Aid Training, CPR Training, and child abuse mandated reporter training.
