I'm a compassionate, responsible, patient bilingual professional(English & Spanish) that has more then 10 years of experience in caring for young adults to seniors. My experience includes working for nursing homes, assistant facilities, rehabilitation centers and private duty(at home). I have also had the privilege to work with individuals with dementia and alzeheimer's in a facility or at home. My responsibly with clients are to assist with day to day activities , such as personal care and social activities, travel with client on vacation to assist with care. Schedule and maintain appointments, such as doctors visits. Transport and accompany client to daily activities such as, errands, shopping and doctor appointments. Ensure daily medication is taken and request refills if needed and etc. I'm here to ensure that your day to day is a smooth transition.
