About Brenda

Providing children empathy, respect, and fun experiences is my life's passion! I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, a certificate in Infant Care, a B. A. in Child Development, and nearly 10 years of combined experience working with young toddlers, school-age children, and teens. I am very intentional with behavior management and use gentle, positive discipline. My focus is always on building respectful relationships while keeping children engaged. Some of my favorites activities with children I've worked with are nature walks, cooking and baking, reading, and sports! My goal is to create a safe environment where children at any age feel understood, supported, and increasingly independent.
