I like working with kids because I love seeing their personalities grow and being part of their everyday learning moments. Kids are naturally curious and creative, and it's rewarding to help them explore the world in a safe and positive way. I also like being someone they feel comfortable with -- laugh with, talk to, and trust. I'm looking for a position with a family where there's good communication and mutual trust. I want to work somewhere I can be consistent for the kids, build a positive connection with them, and support the parents by being dependable. A safe, respectful environment where I can help the kids learn and have fun is important to me. I started working with kids when I was 12. In my spare time, I like to enjoy nature. One thing to know about me is that I'm very patient and naturally nurturing. I really pay attention to how kids are feeling and try to make sure they feel heard, comfortable, and supported. My skills include safety, patience, and engagement.
