It's more than just working, it's about guiding, building relationships, trust and setting a good foundation. Children are the future generation and l'm so passionate to be apart of their growth. I spoke with Breana via app inbox, email, and phone (call & text). She reported interest in the job, we discussed pay, she acknowledged the details of the job/pay. I then went forward with paying for & ordering a background check since she agreed to the position. She signed off on the background check, it was completed & we spoke after to set up a meeting time so that she can become acquainted with the school/home. Two days before start date she became unresponsive/disappeared. Unprofessional
