As a mother of 4, I would love to be able to serve and help your family any way that I can. I have an 11, 5, 3, and 1-year-old. My three oldest are taken care of during the day but with your permission, I would love to be able to bring my daughter along. Having her socialized is important to me and also keeping an eye on her. I'd appreciate any understanding concerning this. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. Adapting to the preferred communication method of each family, I ensure that parents feel comfortable and informed. While respecting the household rules set by parents, I am confident in my ability to enforce them consistently and fairly. My approach to childcare focuses on fostering a balance between fun and educational activities. I enjoy engaging children in board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate their minds and encourage learning.
