My experience starts from about five years ago with my little cousin who is on the spectrum, he's nonverbal so it was up to me to navigate around that and that I did. I am a realtor full time so I would be looking for hours later in the day going into the night. I grew up as an elite hockey player which taught me leadership skills, discipline and life skills which I like to teach to kids I am with so they can carry themselves with confidence no matter the age.
