About Bradley

Happily married and I am a father of three. My wife and I have a ADH (adult developmental home) and I work at a special needs private school and have for the last 15 years. I am trained in assisting with toileting, eating/feeding, assistive devices and we are all trained in behavior management. We use QBS(safety care). I'd describe my personality as calm, fun, trustworthy. I like working with kids because it brings me and joy and know that it's what I'm supposed to be doing. I started working with kids when I was 16. I worked at the Madison school district, child time, then now at ACCEL for the last 15 years and am a master paraprofessional.
