I started as a resident assistant at an assisted living facility for 5 yrs, 4 yrs as a patient care assistant working in a cardiac unit, and 12 yrs as an LVN. Majority of my experience as a nurse is with the geriatric population and I enjoy it very much. Caring, loving, funny I like caring for seniors because they remind me of my grandparents, whom unfortunately I didn't get to spend time with. Also, I learned so much from the seniors I took care off when I was starting life here in America and I wanted to give back.
