Bon helped with my Mom for 5 years starting out on a weekly one hour basis with talks and walks, later to shampoo help increasing to twice a week with showering. When my Mom's strength rapidly decreased over a 2 month period, Bon was right there helping every step of the way. She understands family dynamics, is an excellent patient advocate, knows the best way to achieve daily living skills based on a person's ability and does it all with care , compassion and a sense of humor ( which is needed in these situations). Bon is 100% reliable to show up to work which is a big plus. Bon can work well with other care organizations. She understands the process of dying and how to best keep a person comfortable in the end stage.
