About Blue

I've been working with kids for a little over 4 years now, and i've really found a passion for it. In the future I hope to pursue music teaching, not just because I love music but I really enjoy being able to impact and encourage people younger than me. I've been working as an afterschool instructor since I was 14, as well as babysitting, tutoring, and as of recently, giving voice lessons. I'd say my best skills in childcare are adapting to children's needs/preferences, providing a flexible and engaging environment, and practicing non harsh but direct discipline when necessary. I work well with all ages and all personalities!
