About Blessing

A little about me, I have a bachelor's and a master's degree in International Business and Human Resource Management. But alongside my education, a significant part of my work experience has been in care. I lived and studied in the UK for several years, and while there I worked in residential care supporting children, young adults and youths, including individuals with special needs. That experience taught me that every person is different, and especially with children who have additional needs, you really have to understand the individual rather than assume that one approach works for everybody. Since moving to the U. S., I've continued working in healthcare. I'm also a CNA and BLS certified. I've had the opportunity to work with people from very different backgrounds and cultures. I think that has made me very adaptable and open-minded. Personally, I'm a mother, so I understand the level of trust involved when someone allows you into their home and entrusts their children to you.
