Hello, my name is Blanca. I am a 54-year-old caregiver. Since 1992, I have always taken care of many children for multiple families. As a result, I have more than 30 years of experience as a nanny. I am the proud mother of two beautiful children. When they were young, I would provide for them by taking care of other children. A few years later, I realized that I wanted to pursue this profession further. . It is crucial to learn the proper safety procedures and regulations, prior to taking care of children. For this reason, I have also taken other courses online to enhance my current knowledge in the field. When I moved to Oklahoma in 2009, I began to work in a daycare and eventually became a master teacher. I love the outdoors! I enjoy going out in the open air, so that children can have exposure to the nature around them.

Blanca has worked with our family for five years taking care of our two children. She is the most valuable employee we have ever had. She takes care of our children like they are her own. She is always punctual respectful and willing to help in anyway. She is very gentle with the children-she is so patient and kind. She always has them dressed beautifully. In addition to being with the children she helps with keeping our house tidy and clean as well as laundry, making beds and keeping kitchen clean. She is always looking to help in any way. Blanca is an invaluable asset to our family.

Blanca is the best thing that could have happened to our family after the birth of our second child. She has become like family to us and we were sad we don't get to see her everyday anymore. She is always punctual, kind, professional and caring. My children adore her, because she always takes the time to play and care for our girls. She loves them as if they were her own children. I cannot say enough about how much our family loves and appreciates all the time we get to spend with her. She is always the first person we call when we need someone to watch our kids. We always know that they will be well taken care of. 

Blanca provided daily care for our daughter from the time she was 4.5 months old until she was 20 months of age.  Blanca was a trusted member of our household during those tender months.  I never had a doubt that our daughter was safe and loved while I was away.  We absolutely could not have asked for any better care for our daughter.  Blanca possesses so many attributes which make her an excellent caregiver and I will list some.

She is professional, honest, respectful, creative, calm and trustworthy. Even though she had more experience with babies than I, she always respected our wishes for our daughter's care.   She carefully followed instructions regarding anything requested such as medication, vitamins, feedings, time-out, use of diaper cream, etc.  She seamlessly integrated into the systems we had and was truly an extension of us as parents. She regularly provided us updates in the day and some photos and video.  However, before she even took the first photo of her, she was so respectful and asked if we thought it was OK.  I truly appreciated that level of respect of my wishes, as a parent.

Whenever there was a question about anything in the home or if the baby was particularly fussy or upset, she did not hesitate to call or text me and let me know and include me in the problem solving.   She is kind and loving with a passion for children - this needs no explanation.  She was always singing, reading and talking to our daughter.  Even though my daughter was a baby and toddler during Blanca's time with our family, I can easily see that she would be a great deal of fun with children that are older.
Even from a young age, Blanca engaged our daughter in reading and art activities.  As she got older, Blanca took her to various events at local libraries, parks and other fun places.  She was always varying the events of the day to keep her interested and stimulated. She remained calm, even when the baby was fussy.

Blanca went above and beyond the job description of providing care, she kept an extremely tidy home.  She just stepped in and did whatever she felt needed to be addressed.  She would cycle the dish washer or put thing away, sweep the kitchen floor, vacuum when needed, and always made our bed and straightened things up. She regularly washed our daughter's clothes and bedding, keeping her room safe and clean.  Blanca kept the baby in clean clothes and always with the best bows and pony tails. Her outfits were appropriate for the weather and for the events of the day. I never had a concern about belongings in the home or that she ever was misrepresenting anything to me.  She was always extremely punctual and reliable; never missing a day.  She was also flexible with taking vacation days to accommodate our schedules.

I wholeheartedly recommend Blanca as a caregiver for another family!!! Undoubtedly she will be as great a blessing to them as she was to us.  We wish we could keep her forever. We knew from the first week, she was a blessing to our family and loved our daughter.

Blanca is fantastic! I used her as a back-up sitter very last minute. She engaged my son right away upon coming in the door. He has had some issues with separation anxiety and had a rough week with teething, however, Blanca seems to be a master of redirection. I work nights so I was home and I heard them playing and laughing. I can tell Blanca has this joy in her heart for childcare. I would hire her anytime.

Blanca is an exceptional caregiver. For a year Blanca helped our family as we underwent several life changes including the birth of a new baby, the renovation of a home, the move into a temporary home, a change in jobs, and family medical issues. While any one of these transitions would be enough to disrupt a caregiver's ability to remain with a family, Blanca never wavered. She provided stability and support for our family that made it possible for us to go through the year with relative ease. We will always be grateful for the time that we shared with her. 

Blanca is a positive, energetic, and charismatic individual that brings joy into her work environment. Her ability to remain fun and exciting to children on a daily basis is truly remarkable. Each day the children would light up when Blanca walked into the room. Their laughter filled the hallways whenever she was near. Whether it is running though the yard playing games, reading books in Spanish at the park, or coloring princess pictures at the table, Blanca remains actively engaged with the children she cares for. She is a wonderful addition to any household. 

In addition, Blanca is extremely reliable, punctual, and capable. She arrives to work early each morning and never misses a day. She is not only capable of handling anything that is asked of her, but she is extremely efficient in completing all things. Blanca makes running a household appear effortless. 

The time we had with Blanca was truly a gift, and I give her my highest recommendation.

It is my pleasure to recommend Blanca. She was not only my son's nanny for two consecutive years, but has also become an integral part of my family. 

As I mentioned above, she cared for my son for two years, 2007 to mid-2009. When I started working full-time, my schedule became chaotic, and I wasn't able to pick up my child from school in a timely manner. Since we were next door neighbors, and had already built a trusting relationship, I decided to approach her and ask if she'd be interested in caring for my son after school. She was a stay home mom, but still made time to pick up  & care for her own children. Her children attended the same school as my son, so picking him up wasn't going to interfere with her daily routine. I was so excited when she agreed to help me out!

My son until this day, remembers her dearly. We were sad when she moved to Oklahoma, in July of 2009. I knew that her family had found a new home there, but at the same time, I knew that it would be very difficult to replace her. There's not a day that goes by that we miss her enthusiasm, caring, and sincere personality. Most importantly, the care she provided for my son is something that I will forever treasure. She is a unique individual, with so much love and care for others. Always thinking of others before herself. Honestly, to find someone like her, is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Very difficult! Whoever ends up under her care, should consider themselves very fortunate.

I met Blanca 6 years ago at our church. I was working as the Sub-Director/Teacher in the children's department at that time and was in need of a bible teacher for our children ages 6-10. When Blanca was asked if she can volunteer her time to help, she did not hesitate to say: Yes! The children loved her! She worked with so much energy and enthusiasm, that it flowed through the children. She had them do plays, memorize bible verses, sing, do outdoor activity, and much more! She was very responsible and an excellent teacher. Blanca's abilities, capacities, creativity, charm, and love, is a great asset for anyone that needs a nanny. Without a shadow of a doubt, I personally recommend Blanca for anyone that is looking for a great nanny!

We love Mrs. Blanca! She took care for our daughter until she was 14 months and we decided to place her in a daycare for more interaction with kids her age. It was sad not having Mrs. Blanca as her caregiver but it was the best for our girl since she needed more social interaction with kids. We trust and love Mrs. Blanca so much that we are still in contact with her as a friend and she comes visit regularly and my kids (now I have two) love her!

 I had the privilege of meeting Blanca while teaching at a Elementary School, in Phoenix, Arizona. Her son  was one of my former students. We have known each other for over 8 years now. Though her and her family moved from Arizona, a couple of years ago, we're still in touch. SHe  was not only a wonderful parent volunteer in my classroom, but has also become one of my best friends. 

She  did not only volunteer daily in my classroom. She participated and/or coordinated after school programs with the help of other parents to support the student population. Assisted my ESL students with activities, tutoring, and homework no matter how challenging the task. My students loved her! Her willingness and enthusiasm in helping others encouraged her to want to learn English and become a successful individual herself. In addition, she has always been a loving, caring, devoted parent. Her family and children have always been her number one priority.  I highly recommend  Blanca  for being a hard working, self-motivated, and dedicated person with the desire to succeed. Awesome experience! She was the nanny to my first born until my daughter was 14 months and we decided to put her on a day care so she could interact on a full day basis with other kids her age. It was sad to let Mrs. Blanca go... my daughter loves her (as up today since we still have contact with her) she taught my child about numbers, God, letters, songs, etc... I recommend her with my eyes closed!
