I have been a caregiver for over 10 years now. Care giving is what I absolutely love and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I have worked with patients all across the board, from those with paraplegia who required intense physical therapy, to those who have advanced cases of dementia. I have also done live-in care giving offering 24-hour support for bed-bound patients. I am exceedingly patient and compassionate. I understand that your loved one is facing a daily challenge with their particular set of circumstances, and strive to keep a light-hearted atmosphere. I also understand the changes that dementia and impaired cognition can bring and that sometimes each day can be completely different. Care giving can be very challenging, yet very rewarding! It is where my heart is!

Blake came to work with us when my mom needed more care than her family could provide. My mother was 102, and we needed reliable care. Blake was punctual and dependable, and we would rehire her with no hesitation. Sadly, my mom passed away. Blake helped us care for her at a crucial time. We needed help and it was so great to get that help from Blake. Blake is reliable, punctual, and dependable, but more importantly, she is compassionate. She listened to my mom's stories, sang songs with her, and improved her nutrition. My mom wasn't just another job to Blake. I appreciate that more than I can describe in words. I have no reservations giving her 5 stars.
