Through my work with them, I realized my true spiritual gifts were best served in service of the "greatest generation". I have worked as a CNA at an assisted living, dietary aid, and home health provider. All of which taught me invaluable lessons of the art of caring. Throughout my bachelors (just graduated!) my focus in my holistic health studies was how these holistic and mindfulness therapies can best service the aging population.
